Nail File from Maria Åkerberg is a double-sided compact emery file with a 240 grit, which is the best grit for shaping natural nails and smoothing the skin around the nails, without causing any tension or damage.
It can also be used to smooth the surface of artificial nails or thicker nails.

Shape the nails by filing in the same direction along the edge from the outer corner and towards the middle. Always file in one direction as moving back and forth can cause the nail to weaken and split.
File gently on the outer skin around the nails to smooth and soften the surface.
Do not get the emery damp or wet to prolong the life of the file.
